SARME (also called MARPE or MARME) jaw widening surgery is a highly effective procedure that widens your upper jaw to improve breathing and make room for complete dental alignment without needing to remove teeth.
SARME widens the nasal airway and stretches out the soft palate to help prevent upper airway collapse when sleeping. It also helps eliminate sleep apnea.
